PEGS contents

Recent issues of PEGS have included a dedicated volume on musical responses to Goethe's Faust (83:2, 2014), on Weimar under National Socialism (84:3, 2015) and a double issue on the Oxford-based German comparative philologst and founding EGS President Friedrich Max Müller (85:2-3, 2016), as well as issues in honour of our president T. J. Reed (86:3, 2017) and past president Martin Swales (80:2-3, 2011). Other issues carry papers read to the Society and unsolicited contributions, recently including long essays on 'The Composition of Die Wahlverwandtschaften' (84:2, 2015) and on the early reception of Faust I in France (81:2, 2012).
